Paper Pumpkin Halloween Frame

Halloween Paper Pumpkin Frame

Happy Sunday! I’m away visiting my in-laws this weekend, but wanted to share a quick project I made with the refill kit from the September Paper Pumpkin kit Frights & Delights. I had received the Ikea Tolsby frame at a Christmas retreat in August and immediately knew I would somehow decorate it for Halloween and Thanksgiving. It is the perfect size to have on my desk at work.

You can easily recreate this project even if you don’t have the Paper Pumpkin kit supplies. Just substitute stamped images or other Big Shot dies cuts. I included the measurements below. One tip is my frame is 4” x 6”, but the area showing is only about 3.5” x 5.5” so when I glued down my stitched squares I left a border.

Measurements:
Whisper White Cardstock – 4” x 6”
Whisper White Cardstock – 2 ¼” square (need 6)
Ribbon & Twine – 16” pieces

I ordered 3 refill kits for this kit as I have some local customers who are Girl Scout leaders and we are doing a Paper Pumpkin treat bag class on Wednesday night. I can’t wait to create with the girls.

Let me know if you have any questions about this project.

I’ll be back on Tuesday with another project to share.

Happy Stampin’
Christine
