Happy Sunday! Happy Summer and Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. I hope your weekend is going well. It has been low key here. Hubby is scheduled for outpatient surgery tomorrow so we have been taking it easy after a difficult week. Please keep us in your thoughts that surgery goes smoothly tomorrow.

I plan to resume my Facebook lives next Sunday at 10:00am Eastern. I had lots of technical difficulties again today. My cards today features the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set and I have a simple and stepped up version. I was thinking maybe I would do simple and stepped up on my lives. Let me know what you think? Here is a look at the stamp set:


A few tips since I couldn’t a live to work this morning:
·         Stamp the sunflowers in Sahara Sand ink (you can try stamping off for a lighter effect)
·         First scribble with Daffodil Delight watercolor pencil
·         Using a blender pen move the color quickly (don’t go over the cardstock too much)
·         Use the Early Espresso watercolor pencil for the center

·         Add some highlights with the Crushed Curry watercolor pencil

Measurements:
Crumb Cake card base - 5 ½” x 8 ½”, score in half at 4 ¼
Bumblebee cardstock – 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”
Crumb Cake cardstock – 3 ¾” x 5”
Crumb Cake cardstock – 1” x 3 ¾”
Ribbon – 6 ½” piece to go across card
Ribbon – 5 ½” piece for knot
