Happy Tuesday! Today for my CASE-ing Tuesday card I decided to feature the spotlighting technique with the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper. I had fun doing a Wink of Stella watercolor on my dandelions. Want to play along with the CASE-ing Tuesday team this week? Here is the card we are CASE-ing:
