Happy Girly Birthday

I need a birthday card for a sweet little girl turning one later this month and the Stamping 411 sketch was perfect for this card. I love to play along and I haven't in a few weeks. Here is the sketch that I used as my inspiration.

First off I took my pictures a little late in the day today so they all came out a bit dark. The colors I used came from the Designer Series Paper Nursery Nest and I focused on the girly colors of Blushing Bride and Perfect Plum. I happened to be already thinking of little girls and butterflies came to mind. The butterflies are embossed and cut with the embosslit die Beautiful Wings - love that it does both steps together! I decided to change the circles in the sketch into postage stamps using my postage stamp punch.

I look forward to checking out what the Operator's at 411 and friends create this week.

Happy Stampin',
Christine
