Tuesday Tip – Simple Easter Basket

Stampin Up Ornate Style

Happy Tuesday! I hope your week is off to a great start. It has been a little bit warmer here the past few days so we have been walking around the neighborhood carefully so we don’t get too close to other people. Today we walked with masks on hubby bought from etsy.com I hope you are hanging in there. I have been on a few zoom crafty meetings the past few days and it has been so wonderful to see the faces of my stamping friends. It is just what we all need right now.

My project for today is a quick & simple Easter basket featuring the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper, Ornate Style stamp set, and Mini Shipping Boxes. I normally make Easter treats for my family, but this year it will be just the two of us for Easter. I have to say it is weird as we normally have a family tradition of making homemade cappelletti soup for Easter and Christmas dinner. Our pasta production day was canceled so this year there is no soup, but there will be soup again when it is safe to gather. Here is a closer look at the Ornate Style stamp set I used on my project:

To see how I made my Easter basket check out my video below. I'll be live every Tuesday at 7:00pm Eastern on my Facebook page.

Measurements:
DSP – 2 ½” x 2 3/4" - two pieces
DSP - 2 1/2" x 3 3/4" - two pieces
Ribbon - Two 5” pieces for handles
Ribbon – 12” piece for bow
Twine – 6” piece
Whisper White cardstock - 2" x 4"
Scraps of Old Olive cardstock for basket filler

I am offering make and take packets for orders in my Online Store with host code CCKYNJQY this month. If you spend over $25 you will receive three birthday projects featuring the Birthday Bonanza DSP and if you spend over $50 you will receive four thank you projects featuring the Ornate Garden suite. Please note these will be card packets and will not include stamped images.

Let me know if you have any questions or need help placing an order.

Timeless Tulips Get Well Card & Tuesday Tip

Stampin Up Timeless Tulips

Happy Tuesday! I hope your week is off to a great start. Boy is it feeling like spring here. Yesterday it was low 60’s and today low 50’s. Shocker we are headed for much colder weather later this week! Since it has felt like spring I had to make another spring like card today.

My card today features the Timeless Tulips Bundle and Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper. The punch bundles are an awesome value and you don’t need a die cutting machine so they make a great investment. Reminder when you purchase bundled products you already save 10%. Here is a look at the bundle:

Want to see how I made this card? Check out my video below:

FYI, two Sale-A-Bration products have sold out! The Kerchief Card Kit and the Metallic Baker’s Twine/Sequins Combo pack are no longer available. Don’t fret as new Sale-A-Bration products are coming March 3rd!

Join my team and you can join me at Stampin’ Up!’s OnTour event in Manchester, New Hampshire on Saturday, May 9th. Registration opens March 17th for OnTour. I am so excited to attend my first OnTour event. The home office is trying this new style of bringing smaller events closer to the demonstrators. It will only be three hours long, but I'm sure it will be packed with greatness!
